Unwind and de-stress with therapeutic baking. Treat yourself to breakfast on the weekend with morning buns stuffed with dried fruits and cheese. Delicious and easy to bake.
Ingredients
30 g dried fruit of choice: strawberries, prunes, or apricots 
80 g cornstarch 
4 tbsp skimmed milk powder 
2 tbsp no-fat cottage cheese 
2 tbsp of baking soda 
2 egg yolk + 4 egg whites beaten until stiff 
2 tbsp liquid sweetener 
2 tsp liquid vanilla or cinnamon
Directions
Preheat the oven to 150 °C. 
Mix cornstarch, milk powder, and baking soda. 
Add egg yolk and cottage cheese. Mix well. 
Add sweetener, vanilla or cinnamon, and dried fruits. 
Gently fold in egg whites. 
Pour into a silicone mold and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. 
Let cool before serving. 
(optional) Garnish with strawberries and grated cheese.
