How to Bake Frozen Mini Croissants

  • Optional thawing: Defrost for 15–20 minutes at room temperature for extra rise.

  • Prep (optional): Brush lightly with egg wash for a golden, glossy finish.

  • Bake: Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake at 170–180°C (340–355°F) for 16–18 minutes, or 18–20 minutes if baking directly from frozen.

  • Cool: Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

at first i thought they were too small but they double up in size when baked. fluffy, crisp, and so good! my daughter loves them and finished the entire pack (with friends) in just three days. will definitely be ordering these again!

Just like the regular sized ones, the best I've ever tasted. You guys have the most delicious croissants, hands down. Plus, it smells really appetizing sa oven pa lang.
