Ingredients
2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced 
200 g Mozzarella cheese, sliced or cherry mozzarella 
15 fresh basil leaves, sliced 
a dash of extra virgin olive oil 
Black balsamic cream 
Salt and pepper
Directions
Layer tomato slices and mozzarella on a platter. 
Top with basil, and drizzle with olive oil, balsamic cream, salt, and pepper.
