Thawing

Take the steaks out of the bag, place them in a dish covered with cling film and let thaw for 6 hours.

How to Cook Beef Tenderloin

Pan: For rare, place the meat in a hot pan with a little oil or on the grill and cook over high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. For medium, cook over high heat for 1 minute on each side then cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Filet de Boeuf, filet mignon
Absolument parfait.
Cut it your own way, prepare it 24 hours in advance, seasoned and rested, the meat is simply perfect.
3 minutes on high fire per side is enough to bring a nice crust and yet keep the inside juicy and raw.
Great after taste, perfect with haricots verts a l'ail and pommes sautees.
A great produce worth every penny.
